How do I look after my badge?
Please note that the badges aren't heavy duty. They have polymer clay elements which are fragile if mishandled. Not looking after your badge properly can result in breakage and chipping.
Here are some tips on how to look after your badge:
- Don't leave your badge in the bottom of your bag, or any place it anywhere it can get crushed or smushed!
- Try and place your badge where it cannot get damaged when you wear it, avoid placing your badge in your ID holder or lanyard or an unstable location.
- Please do not let your badge go through the washing machine, it may not survive!

What are the badges made of?
Our badge bases are made of acrylic circles, measuring 5 cm in width. The designs on the badges are hand molded from polymer clay and is attached to the base. The badge and its design is then all layered with resin to provide a strong protection over the badge.

What backings are available for a badge?
We currently have a few options; a pin back, magnet, a stethoscope tag and metal badge reels that are attache with permanent adhesive.

What type of stethoscopes do the tags fit?
Our clear stethoscope tags are VERY hard to get off once they are attached, so please be certain with your placing before clicking them in place! Please note that our stethoscope tags DO NOT fit the Littmann Cardiology stethoscopes (as they have a double lumen and are very thick). They fit the regular Littmann (II + III) and other generic stethoscopes.
We are unable to send you a refund if you order incorrectly and it does not fit your stethoscope. we are not responsible for any damage to your stethoscope if attached incorrectly or if attached to an old/already damaged stethoscope.

Our badges are handmade to order, personalised and are made by hand with the best materials we could find, therefore we are unable to pre-make our badges. A lot of time has gone into each design and to provide you with the best badge we can offer.
